Gillian Anderson

Gillian Anderson in A Streetcar Named Desire

See Gillian Anderson, Ben Foster and Vanessa Kirby in A Streetcar Named Desire, being broadcast live from the Young Vic in London at three movie theatres in/near Montreal — the Forum screening is sold out but tickets are still available for the screening at Cavendish Mall (and Brossard). 5800 Cavendish, 7 p.m., $23/$22 seniors/children

Drawn & Quarterly presents a local launch for Women in Clothes, a collaborative book put together by Sheila Heti, Heidi Julavits and Leanne Shapton. All three will engage in conversation with Fiona Duncan, and there will be a clothing swap on site, so by all means bring up to five decent but unwanted duds. (Anything unclaimed will be donated to a local women’s shelter.) 5711 Parc, 7 p.m., $10 or free with purchase of the book

Nick Waterhouse brings vintage R&B soul vibes to Petit Campus, with PEP. Enter a contest to win tickets to this show here. 57 Prince-Arthur E., 8 p.m., $18

Oklahoma indie rock/power-pop band Broncho play Casa with Low Litas and Kurvi Tasch. 4873 St-Laurent, 8:30 p.m., $10

R.A.D. Tuesdays are on at Luwan down in Chinatown, with DJs RrKelly, Truspin and special guest the Holy. 1050 Clark, 10 p.m.
