Le Burger Week is on in Montreal!

Here are the details on all 47 signature burgers being served at restaurants across town, exclusively this week.

It’s time to skip breakfast and loosen your belt in preparation for le Burger Week in Montreal, during which 47 participating restaurants will be grilling up juicy, meaty goodness all over Montreal from Sept. 1-7.

Each resto has developed a totally new, original burger for your tasting pleasure, available this week only. Try a bunch and vote for your favourites using the hashtag #LeBurgerWeek.

And it’s not just for meat lovers — several stops have vegetarian and vegan options on offer as well.

Fancy Shit Burger – $11

AAA beef patty with homemade pesto, brie, caramelized red-wine-soaked pears, grilled ham, tomato and leafy greens.

Crispy pork confit with andouillette sausage and maroilles cheese, cress, garlic confit mayo and apple-endive-black-beer chutney, on garlic bread.

Crispy chicken and slaw tucked between two sweet waffles, served with chips and dipping sauce.

The Dude – $14

Patty made from a blend of AAA beef, veal and pork topped with mozza and monterey jack, homemade ketchup and fried onions, served on a toasted artisanal sesame seed brioche bun.

Burger Royal – 3820 St-Laurent

Tarantino – $10

Locally sourced beef with made-in-house maple smoked bacon and sweet onion jam, white truffle mayo, swiss raclette cheese, baby arugula and tomatoes. In the veggie and vegan variation, a veg patty is substituted, with lemon, fig and walnut jam instead of bacon jam. By request they’ll also switch arugula for baby kale.
