For those of you who’ve shaken your meat to Poirier’s dancehall and dub solo tracks or DJ sets, know that Boundary is technically a techno project, one that draws from the deep wells of IDM and ambient to craft compositions that move your head more than your body. And yet slow-burning builds often give way to eruptions of beats to get listeners on their feet, so despite a title like Still Life, Boundary’s sound is always in motion.
