From Martin Rondeau’s Confessions at Galerie LeRoyer

Several vernissages will take place this week, with work ranging from textural photographs at Galerie LeRoyer to a group show of women painters at l’Éspace Créatif, and more. This week will also see the wrap-up of several summer shows you won’t want to miss, including Black Rainbow in the Mile End.

For Confessions, artist and fashion photographer Martin Rondeau has gone beyond simply photographing women in the nude, having sliced through the large scale prints to create textured pieces that give additional depth to the subjects.
