Clearly the main event tonight is Cult MTL’s Halloween party at Royal Phoenix, starring local pop stars How Sad playing a set of their own material & covers by a certain ubiquitous American music starlet, plus DJs Phil Console, Parklife and the Cult MTL DJ crew. And dress the fuck up, cos there will be prizes. 5788 St-Laurent, 9 p.m., $5/$7 with no costume
