This year, BBCM’s annual Black & Blue festival went back to the roots of contemporary gay nightlife, mounting the main event in a converted Old Port shipyard called l’Arsenal, which is used primarily as an art space.  Read more about how organizers sought to “reinvent the wheel” here.
