The second annual Cult MTL Halloween party at Royal Phoenix was so good that the cops showed up. The costumes were stellar, and so was the music by DJs Parklife and Phil Console, not to mention the two great live sets by How Sad feat. covers of Taylor Swift and Miley Cyrus songs.
