Chefs Daniel Humm and Will Guidara (of NYC’s Eleven Madison Park and NoMad restaurants), are in town to launch their new book, I Love New York: Ingredients and Recipes, with a cocktail party, talks by the chefs and book-inspired hors d’oeuvres from FoodLab.
