Pop Montreal hosts a “Strawberry Social” St-Jean BBQ, serving pulled pork, strawberry shortcake, strawberry soda and sweet tea. Proceeds go to Mission Mile End. Espace Pop (5587 Parc), 1–5 p.m.

There’s thunder in the forecast, so cast an eye on Piknic Électronik’s website before you head out in case of cancellation — but let’s hope it’s on. Turbo Recordings fetes 15 years, with DJs Tiga, Thomas Von Party, Mike Mind, Mickey Moonlight and Bordello. Parc Jean Drapeau, 2–11 p.m., $14
