56 Up, opening tonight at Cinéma du Parc

Documentary fans should head to Cinéma du Parc to check out 56 Up, the latest in the decades-long series chronicling the lives of several English folks from various socioeconomic backgrounds. Watch this space for a full review. 3575 Parc, 9 p.m., $11.50

Help legendary New Jersey radio station WFMU recover from its Hurricane Sandy devastation by checking out the Pouteens (feat. Bloodshot Bill), Baked Goods, the World Provider, Giselle Numba One and No Negative (feat. members of Holy Cobras, Black Feelings etc.). All proceeds go to the seminal free-form radio station.
