Titus Andronicus headlines hardcore hijinx at Il Motore

Data : Salon II is the latest installment in the Data : Salon series of works exploring moving images. This edition’s theme is “Looking Through Time,” and the show features works by Alexandre Larose and a collaborative piece by Paul Raphaël and Félix Lajeunesse. Eastern Bloc (7240 Clark), 7–10 p.m.

The 11th annual Sommets du cinéma d’animation opens tonight at Cinémathèque québécoise with Le chat du rabbin (The Rabbi’s Cat), winner of the French Academy Award for best animated film. Cinémathèque québécoise (335 Maisonneuve E.), 7 p.m.

It’s opening night for Satrangi: Seven Stories of Light, a dance spectacle developed by Deepali Lindblom. Bain St-Michel (5300 St-Dominique), 8 p.m., $17/$20
